BODYWORK & MASSAGE
For equine athletes and companions.
Providing The Best For Your Horse
Massage therapy and bodywork are non-invasive hands-on therapeutic applications used to improve the health and well-being of equines. Techniques include the manipulation of soft tissue through a variety of modalities to address dysfunction, pain, or restriction in the body, and restore utility, support biotensegrity, and provide physical or mental relaxation.
Whether your horse is an athlete or pasture companion, Equine Integrated Therapy's skilled massage and bodywork is an integral piece to any equine's healthcare management practices.

Horses may be posturally assessed, evaluated in motion (at liberty, in hand or ridden), palpated and or checked for joint dysfunction. Modalities may incorporate Swedish massage, Shiatsu, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, accupressure, passive/active stretching for neuromuscular reeducation, or hot/cold therapy. Recommendations may be provided for "at-home" activities/exercise, additional treatments, and or referrals to other equine professionals, as needed.
